This is an eco-sustainable suite, because it consumes less energy than a conventional suite, thus reducing the impact on the environment.

In comparison to a conventional suite, it reduces to 72% energy and water consumption.
It reuses almost the total amount of water it consumes through biological processes and depuration and there’s more to it: it has the ability to store rainwater, so that it can be used again.
It is equipped with solar panels to heat almost the total amount of water employed.
It allows a reduction of 65% CO2 emissions during its life span, which corresponds to the CO2 absorbed by a 1,40 ha forest!!!!
Most of the materials employed in its construction or in the inside are natural, ecological and recycled, always assuring a maximum comfort.
